Simon is honoured to have won the 'Best Equity Release Adviser' category at the British Mortgage Awards held at the Royal Albert Hall in London on 03 July 2007.

This annual event has become the most prestigious of it's kind in the country with over 7,000 nominations having been made in 2007 alone.

The Financial Adviser Awards

Mortgage Portfolio’s formula for success continues as Simon recently demonstrated at the 2008 Financial Adviser Awards, picking up two more prestigious awards, Equity Release Adviser of the Year and Overall Mortgage Adviser of the Year.

The Equity Release Adviser category was particularly closely contested but Simon impressed the judging panel with his technical knowledge, professionalism and ethical approach. They particularly liked Simon’s composed and knowledgeable approach, complemented by a client-focused business proposition that reflects the best that the independent advice sector has to offer. Simon was also named Overall Mortgage IFA of the Year.
